Preparation
- Take a Ritz cracker and spread a layer of creamy mint filling on top.
- Place another Ritz cracker on top to form a sandwich.
- Repeat until all crackers are used.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Dipping and Setting
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Place dipped cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow them to set until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage, allowing to reach room temperature before serving.
