Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Baking
