Preparation
- Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, finely chop the salmon and combine it with breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Making the Slaw
- In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, sriracha, and a pinch of salt to make the slaw.
Assembly
- Assemble the burgers by placing each salmon patty on a bun, topped with lettuce and sriracha slaw.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
These burgers are best served hot off the grill or skillet. Can be paired with sweet potato fries or a fresh green salad. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
