Preparation

Cooking
- Cook the salmon patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar to make the slaw.
Assembly
- Assemble burgers by placing the salmon patties on buns and topping with Sriracha slaw and lettuce. Serve immediately.
Notes
These salmon burgers can be enjoyed with sweet potato fries or a fresh side salad. For a low-carb option, wrap the burgers in lettuce leaves instead of buns.
