Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into four circles to fit into a muffin tin.
- Place the pastry circles into the muffin tin and gently press them down.
- Layer the cream cheese and peach slices inside each pastry.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice together. Drizzle this glaze over the peach-filled tarts.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. You can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious combination. These tarts can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
