  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Check package for cooking instructions.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based meat.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking the beef.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Reduce heat to low, and add the cream cheese and Alfredo sauce, stirring until creamy and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and beef.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
