- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, bell peppers, and onions on top, distributing them evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving, allowing it to set up a little for easier slicing.
Notes
Serve hot with a fresh fruit salad or yogurt. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for about 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
