Preparation
- In the bread machine, combine warm milk, sugar, butter, and eggs, and mix well.
- Add flour, yeast, and salt, then select the dough setting on your bread machine.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Filling and Shaping
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon. Optionally, add raisins or nuts.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Icing
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together, then drizzle over the cooled rolls.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can be refrigerated for a week or frozen for 3 months.
