  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
