Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
For the Pizza
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Tomato sauce for topping
  • to taste Cheese (mozzarella or your favorite)
  • to taste Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)

Method
 

For the Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
  5. Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For the Pizza
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over the base, sprinkle cheese, and add desired toppings.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

For a richer cake, use buttermilk instead of regular milk. Experiment with different toppings on your pizza to create your perfect flavor.
