Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the Cornish hens dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub each hen with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the hens breast-side up in a baking dish.
