  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced Fresh strawberries preferred.
  • 1 cup blueberries Use fresh berries for best flavor.
  • 1 cup raspberries Best when fresh.
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped For garnish and flavor.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Only if a sweeter taste is desired.
  • Pinch salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Add chopped mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Ingredients may become mushy due to watermelon releasing its juice.
