  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste) Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the watermelon.
  • 4 cups water Chill water for an extra refreshing drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
Mixing
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, lemon juice, sugar, and water.
  2. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Serving
  1. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
  2. Garnish each glass with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving if separation occurs. Consider adding fun straws or paper umbrellas for decoration.
