Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Choose ripe watermelon for best flavor.
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
Dressing
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional) Use maple syrup or agave nectar as substitutes.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped Fresh mint is recommended for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, raspberries, and halved cherries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (if using), and chopped mint to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve fresh for best flavor.
