Ingredients
  

For the Antipasto Board
  • 8 oz burrata cheese Best served at room temperature.
  • 1 head garlic, roasted Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • ½ cup marinated olives
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, roasted or marinated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup assorted cured meats (optional) Customization based on preference.
  • ½ cup toasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • for garnish Fresh basil or parsley
  • for serving Baguette or crackers For scooping.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional) For extra drizzle.
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional) For extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the garlic by slicing off the top of the head, drizzling it with olive oil, and wrapping it in foil. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cloves are soft and fragrant.
  2. Prepare the burrata: Place it on a small serving plate, squeeze the roasted garlic cloves over it, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the antipasto board: Surround the burrata with marinated olives, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, assorted cured meats, and toasted nuts.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for a burst of color.
  3. Optional: Drizzle with additional olive oil and balsamic glaze for an extra flavor kick.
  4. Serve warm with slices of baguette or crunchy crackers for scooping.

Notes
