- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a mixing bowl.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, nutritional yeast, oregano, and garlic powder to the bowl.
- Mix everything well until the tofu is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the vegan feta cheese in salads, on toast, or as a snack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For best flavor, consume within three days. Can be kept submerged in olive oil for moisture.
