- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly coated in chocolate.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Generously sprinkle Valentine sprinkles over the top.
- Let it cool completely until set, refrigerate to speed up setting if needed, then break into pieces to serve.
