  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 2 slices Cheese (optional) Use your favorite type of cheese.
  • 1 tbsp Butter For toasting the bread.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the eggs.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Begin by frying the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble or fry the eggs as desired, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread in butter until golden brown.
  4. On one slice of toasted bread, layer lettuce, tomato slices, eggs, and bacon. Add cheese if desired.
  5. Top with another slice of bread and repeat the layering for additional sandwiches if making more than one.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using flavored butter or spread on the bread before toasting. Cook the bacon slowly for a crispier texture. Mix in herbs or cheese into the scrambled eggs for added flavor.
