Ingredients
  

For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Preferred for its thickness and taste
  • 1 cucumber grated and drained cucumber Squeeze out excess moisture
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded cooked chicken
  • Mixed greens or lettuce For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken gently until it is evenly coated in the tzatziki mixture.
  3. Serve the salad on a bed of mixed greens or crisp lettuce.

Notes

For best flavor and texture, serve immediately. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add cucumber just before serving to prevent excess moisture.
