  • 2 tablespoons Mustard or mayonnaise Optional for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place turkey slices and cheese slices evenly on the tortilla.
  3. Add lettuce or spinach on top.
  4. If desired, spread mustard or mayonnaise for added flavor.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice the roll-up into smaller pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
