Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad Mixture
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 medium avocado, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap Components
  • 4 sheets Nori sheets
  • 1 medium sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Lay a nori sheet on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a layer of the tuna mixture over the nori.
  4. Add a few slices of cucumber, shredded carrots, and a handful of lettuce or spinach on top of the tuna mixture.
  5. Carefully roll the nori tightly, starting from the edge closest to you.
  6. Once rolled, slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Serve with a dipping sauce like soy sauce or spicy mayo for added flavor. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For extra creaminess, consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
