Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Filling
  • 1 can canned tuna Drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 large whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Garnish
  • a few leaves lettuce or spinach For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay the wrap on a flat surface and place a layer of lettuce or spinach on it.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap and sprinkle cheese on top.
  2. Fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  3. Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.

Notes

Serve warm, and consider pairing with potato chips, salad, or veggie sticks. Experiment with additional mix-ins like pickles or olives for added flavor.
