Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay the wrap on a flat surface and place a layer of lettuce or spinach on it.
Assembly
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
