Preparation

Assembly
- Divide the cooked rice evenly between 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with a portion of the taco-seasoned ground beef.
- Add black beans, corn, and shredded cheese over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle each bowl with a generous handful of crushed Doritos.
- Add a spoonful of salsa and a dollop of sour cream to each bowl.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and any additional toppings you like.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with extra Doritos on the side if desired!
Notes
Leftovers should be placed in airtight containers. Beef, rice, and veggies can last in the fridge for 3-4 days. Keep Doritos separate to maintain crunch.
