Cooking the Beef
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions until fragrant and well combined.
Assembling the Bowl
- In a large serving bowl, layer the cooked rice, seasoned beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and additional toppings such as shredded cheese, diced avocado, and shredded lettuce.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side. Customize with favorite toppings!
Notes
