Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used.
  • 1 cup diced watermelon Remove rind and seeds before dicing.
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Yogurt Mixture
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Full-fat Greek yogurt can provide a creamier texture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
Garnish
  • to taste leaves fresh mint leaves Add for aroma and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull the strawberries, remove rind and seeds from the watermelon, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
Combining
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, and pineapple together.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the fruit mixture into serving bowls or glasses and top with a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture.
  2. Add fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic touch and vibrant color.
Chilling
  1. Allow the assembled treats to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
