Preparation
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull the strawberries, remove rind and seeds from the watermelon, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
Combining
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, and pineapple together.
Assembly
- Spoon the fruit mixture into serving bowls or glasses and top with a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture.
- Add fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic touch and vibrant color.
Chilling
- Allow the assembled treats to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
