Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced strawberries and sugar; let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the strawberries gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
