Cream Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries preferred.
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries For topping.
Cookies
  • 1 package Nilla wafers or graham crackers Use gluten-free options if desired.
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies or granola for topping Adds a crunchy texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture.
Layering
  1. Layer the bottom of a serving dish with Nilla wafers or graham crackers.
  2. Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
  4. Top with crushed strawberries and crushed cookies or granola.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, serve chilled and consider adding toppings just before serving to maintain crunch. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
