  • 2 tablespoons honey Adds sweetness; can substitute with teriyaki sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Provides aromatic flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For sautéing.
  • 2 green onions, chopped For garnish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish Adds crunch and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey together. Pour this mixture over the chicken and stir to combine, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sticky sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave, adding a splash of water or soy sauce if needed. For added nutrition, consider serving with steamed vegetables.
