- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes thoroughly to form a flavorful sauce.
- Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Warm the vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the coated chicken and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken and toss until coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve hot. Pairs well with steamed vegetables and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
