  • 1 lb Steak (flank or sirloin recommended) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced Use a mix of colors for extra visual appeal.
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced Yellow or red onions work well.
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice Can be store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced For topping.
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped For garnish.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Spices (e.g., cumin, chili powder) Adjust according to personal taste.

Method
 

Cooking the Steak
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and desired spices.
  3. Cook the steak to your preferred doneness, then remove from skillet and let rest.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion.
  2. Sauté until they're softened and slightly caramelized.
Preparing the Cauliflower Rice
  1. While the veggies are cooking, prepare the cauliflower rice as instructed or sauté it in a separate pan.
Assembling the Bowls
  1. Slice the steak into strips.
  2. To assemble, serve cauliflower rice in bowls, top with sautéed veggies and steak.
  3. Finish with slices of avocado and chopped fresh cilantro.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
