Cooking the Steak

Sautéing the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion.
- Sauté until they're softened and slightly caramelized.
Preparing the Cauliflower Rice
- While the veggies are cooking, prepare the cauliflower rice as instructed or sauté it in a separate pan.
Assembling the Bowls
- Slice the steak into strips.
- To assemble, serve cauliflower rice in bowls, top with sautéed veggies and steak.
- Finish with slices of avocado and chopped fresh cilantro.
