  • 1 pound 1 to 1¼ pounds steak (sirloin, ribeye, New York strip, or tenderloin) Choose your favorite cut of steak.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter Add for richness.

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into small bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the steak cubes to the pan and sear until browned on all sides.
  2. Add the butter to the pan and continue to cook for additional flavor and richness.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Steak bites can be served with toothpicks as an appetizer or over fresh greens for a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
