Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into phyllo pastry cups or serve with tortilla chips.

Notes
