  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Packed
  • 4 oz Feta cheese Crumble it on top
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For brushing
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 medium Red onion (sliced)
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning

  • to taste Olives Kalamata or green
  • to taste Bell peppers Sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and spread the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  3. Layer fresh spinach generously over the flatbread, covering it completely.
  4. Crumble feta cheese on top of the spinach, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion over the pizza.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven, add any additional toppings if desired, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For added crunch, consider adding pine nuts or sunflower seeds before baking. Experiment with different flatbreads such as whole wheat or gluten-free.
