Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the flatbread. Sprinkle the garlic powder and ground black pepper for added flavor.
- Evenly distribute the torn spinach leaves, sliced red onions, and sliced garlic over the mozzarella.
- Top the flatbread with crumbled feta cheese, distributing it evenly.
Baking
- Carefully place the assembled flatbread on the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
- Once baked, remove the flatbread pizza from the oven. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
