  • 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the flatbread. Sprinkle the garlic powder and ground black pepper for added flavor.
  3. Evenly distribute the torn spinach leaves, sliced red onions, and sliced garlic over the mozzarella.
  4. Top the flatbread with crumbled feta cheese, distributing it evenly.
Baking
  1. Carefully place the assembled flatbread on the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
  2. Once baked, remove the flatbread pizza from the oven. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
