Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped Use fresh spinach for vibrant flavor.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Can be substituted with goat cheese or ricotta.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Can be substituted with fresh herbs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Ensure they are evenly sized for even cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños to the stuffing. Serve with light salads or roasted potatoes.
