Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water and then cook it with the water according to package instructions.
Mixing
- In a bowl, mix the cooked salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, green onions, and soy sauce.
Assembly
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with nori strips, avocado slices, and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Serve with pickled ginger, wasabi, and extra nori strips on the side. Pairs well with a fresh cucumber salad or soy sauce dip.
