- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
- Once cooled, use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands.
Crust Assembly
- In a bowl, combine the squash strands with mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the crust is golden.
Topping and Final Baking
- Spread marinara sauce on top and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake again for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Slice and enjoy your healthy pizza!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave, adding extra marinara sauce or cheese if desired.
