  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing.
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) Fresh garlic preferred for the best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving) Grated for topping.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring until well combined and heated through.
