Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Slice the sourdough bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm as a side for soups or pasta. Store leftovers wrapped in foil or plastic in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
