  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes before shredding it using forks or your hands.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing, mixing until the chicken is well-coated.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Assembly
  1. Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  2. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
