Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, combining it with eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Layer the crushed Oreos over the brownie batter.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly over the Oreos.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, spreading it to cover everything.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, and consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzling with chocolate or caramel sauce for extra flair. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for about a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
