Prepare the Rice
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Cook the Shrimp
- Sauté shrimp in a pan until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Make Spicy Mayo
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha to taste.
Assemble the Bowl
- Place rice at the bottom of the bowl.
- Top with cooked shrimp and your choice of vegetables.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and spicy mayo, and garnish with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep.
