  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce For drizzling
  • 1 lime Lime For squeezing on top
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish
  • Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers) Your choice, sliced
Spicy Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise Base for the spicy mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha To taste for the spicy mayo

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha to taste to create the spicy mayo.
Cooking
  1. Sauté shrimp in a pan until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the rice bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom.
  2. Top with cooked shrimp and your choice of sliced vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and spicy mayo and garnish with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
  4. Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep.
