- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- If desired, mix in BBQ sauce or taco seasoning after shredding.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Cool completely before freezing and label with the date.
