Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add shrimp and crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp is pink.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Place a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Baking
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh seafood. You can prepare this dish a day in advance and store it in the fridge until ready to bake. For a lighter version, consider using a homemade tomato sauce instead.
