Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood
  • 12 oz Lasagna noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 lb Crab meat Fresh or canned.
Cheeses
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
Sauce and Seasonings
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce or béchamel sauce Use your preferred sauce.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Add shrimp and crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp is pink.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, spread a layer of sauce on the bottom.
  2. Place a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella.
  3. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Baking
  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh seafood. You can prepare this dish a day in advance and store it in the fridge until ready to bake. For a lighter version, consider using a homemade tomato sauce instead.
