  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 1 lb browned sausage Breakfast sausage, cooked and drained.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup syrup For sweetening the pancake mix.
  • Butter For topping.

Preparation
  1. Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked through, drain the grease and set aside.
  2. Prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions on the box, typically mixing it with water or milk.
  3. In a large bowl, add the browned sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and syrup to the pancake mix. Stir everything together until combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a sheet pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the pancake batter onto the sheet pan and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
