Ingredients
  

Flatbread and Feta
  • 2 pieces Flatbread Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 200 g Feta cheese Crumbled.
  • 100 g Cream cheese Softened.
Veggies and Extras
  • 1 cup Olives Assorted types, pitted.
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs Include parsley and dill.
  • 1 cup Vibrant veggies Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven and warm the flatbread according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, whip the feta cheese with cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the whipped feta on a serving board.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the warm flatbread, olives, fresh herbs, and chopped veggies around the feta.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve at room temperature and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
