Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut the pizza dough into small pieces, about 1 to 2 inches in size.
  4. Dip each piece into the butter mixture, ensuring each is well coated, and then layer them in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese between the layers of dough pieces to create a cheesy surprise.
Baking
  1. Once all dough pieces are in the pan, drizzle any remaining butter mixture on top.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool slightly, then pull apart and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
