Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 package Pizza dough Can use store-bought or homemade.
Roasted Garlic
  • 1 head Garlic Roasted until soft.
Toppings
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on top.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Fresh herbs (basil, oregano) Chopped.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roast the garlic by wrapping it in foil with a drizzle of olive oil and baking it for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the roasted garlic evenly on the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the garlic before sealing it in foil. Using fresh herbs enhances the pizza's aroma and taste.
