- Beat in the egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combining
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently to distribute them evenly in the dough.
Baking
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
